Warranty

Every Williams digital piano is warranted by Williams Pianos to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Defects covered under warranty include any electronic or structural defects.

Subject to the limitations set forth below, Williams Pianos hereby represents and warrants that the components of Williams digital pianos shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials, subject to normal use and service, for a period that is one (1) year from the date of purchase (such periods being hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Period”). During the warranty period and upon proof of purchase, Williams Pianos will either repair the piano, or replace it with a same or similar model of equal age or newer. The warranty obligation shall be performed free of charge with the exception of all delivery and shipping expenses.

The sole and exclusive remedy of the foregoing warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective component exclusively by Williams Pianos and/or its authorized repair center. Any and all warranties set forth above or otherwise made by Williams Pianos in writing are conditioned upon proper use of Williams Pianos in the application for which it is intended and shall not apply to any Williams Piano (i) that has been modified in any respect without the prior written consent of Williams Pianos, (ii) that has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than Williams Pianos and/or Williams Pianos’ authorized personnel, without the prior written approval of Williams Pianos, (iii) has been subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, or (iv) that has been damaged by reason of accident, neglect, misuse, air conditioning, humidity control, transportation, extreme heat or cold temperature, failure of electrical power, inappropriate operating environment or conditions, or failure to comply with applicable operating and maintenance instructions or any cause other than ordinary use.

Williams Pianos hereby agrees to provide technical support during the Warranty Period. Neither Williams Pianos nor any of its respective licensors, or authorized dealers warrant that Williams pianos will operate uninterrupted or error free.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty above will not apply to this product in the case of misuse, abuse, alterations, normal wear and tear or other circumstances not within reasonable standards of use.

Without limiting the forgoing, this warranty will not apply to products that are not maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or to products upon which the serial number has been altered or removed. If defects are noted, call or otherwise notify your authorized Williams Pianos dealer for the alleged defect within ten (10) days of discovery of the problem.

No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. This warranty also provides specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

These warranties replace all other warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no express warranties beyond those stated here.

Some laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties so this limitation may not apply to you. If these laws apply, then all express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the limited warranty period. No warranties apply after that period. Some laws do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this may not apply to you.

Limitations of Liability

Williams Pianos’s responsibility under this, or any other warranty, implied or express, is limited to repair or replacement, as set forth above. These remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty.

Neither Williams Pianos or retailer is responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory including, but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the recording capabilities of the Williams digital piano. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
